Only option in the ripper is NONE or ADD EXTERNAL SUBTITLE. Guys... cmon.

Read the subtitle fine here.
Seems like that DVDFab read the subtitle for you in the previous version but not have subtitle after converting.
Strange.
The movie should also have a normal subtitle steam. Would you please update to the latest version V9153 and try again?
And would you please upload your source to us if you still have problem?
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
