DVD/BD Ripper Blu-ray to iTunes

Just curious on what is the best way to go from my blu-ray to my iTunes?

DVDFab
Blu-ray > MKV Passthru

Handbrake
MKV > m4v > iTunes

or

DVDFab
Blu-ray > mp4

I like my final file to have both the 5.1 and sac 2.0 soundtrack.

Hi,
You can select "Apple TV" or "Apple TV 3" when ripper, they will be output 5.1 adn aac soundtrack.
