    Can't open BDAV disk

    Hi, DVDFab stuff.
    Please help...

    After UPDATE OS X Security update on Mac Pro 2012, Mountain Lion, Suddenly DVDFab can't open BDAV disk.

    An unknown error occurred.
    Please check if there is a new version at DVDFab website.

    Error message shows.
    Please check. Thank you very much.

    Hi, Dear DVDFab stuff,

    just found out that it is a BD-RE BDAV disk, can't open.

    If it is a BD-R BDAV disk, can open.


    And DVDFab for win, the same happens. Please please check it.

      please post dvdfabs complete internal log files

        An unknown error occurred.
        Please check if there is a new version at DVDFab website.
        It's the server issue, please try it again.

        Please post your logs the default location is:
        For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
        For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
        Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
        If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
