Video Converter Mac version 9196 not converting AVI

I posted this in the windows thread first by mistake, so I am copying to here:

Just paid for a lifetime subscription for Video Converter because of the success I have had with the dvd ripper and other portions.

I cannot get this thing to convert AVI to mp4 or any other format for that matter. Not happy that I spend $60 for something that is not doing its job.

I have DVDFab 9196 for the Mac running the latest update of Yosemite.

Would you please post the dvdfab internal log file?

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
