Blu-ray Copy Blu-ray copy for Mac

My Blu-ray copy for mac will not work with anything anymore. I always do Full Copy mode with no compression. No matter what disc I put in it just stops in the ripping portion. It varies from disc to disc. Sometimes it might get as high as 69% then stop. All the numbers at the bottom stop moving, and then I have to force quit. It doesn't matter if the disc is region A or B. This has benn going on now for over two weeks. I've included the internal log for my last attempt. Please help. The program was working great, and then about 2 weeks ago nothing. Thanks.

Hello???? Its been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from support. The
program is literally useless to me. It won't work with anything. If I'm lucky
I might get one a week to work, and that is after numerous attempts.
I've tried both Full Copy and Clone with only Clone working as mentioned before, maybe once a week. Do you have any help for me?????

I'm using DVDFab 9.1.9.6 (Mac) with no issues.

Suggest you send an email to support - I've found they always reply helpfully and promptly to an email while a query on the forum may linger.

The forum is useful as a first port of call (for flagging an issue to see if it's common or just your settings etc, and to get advice from other users) - but it's not the best way if you do need help from support
