Can't open BDAV disk,,,

Sorry to bother you...

BDAV disk cant open. Yesterday nothing but now.

Error message:
An unknown error occurred.
Please check if there is a new version at DVDFab website.

for win the same. Passkey the same.

Wondering if it would be possible for you to check, Please.

I get the same result as Kepkep. It worked two days ago, now I just keep getting the error msg.

There is no reply from DVDFab stuff but now it can open BDAV disk.

1. They solved problem for us.
2. It was just something wrong that it couldn't open temporally.

I believe the above.
