Close Encounters of the Third Kind - Blu-ray copy

I have a problem with Close Encounters of the Third Kind !

I don't seem to be able to clone a copy of this disc. The Disc just will not open in DVDFab v9.

I have a 2.3 Mac Mini i7 Quad Core running Mavericks and I am using the most resent release of DVDFab.

Is the some trick to get this older Blu-ray to open ?
