hangs on startup

I am running os x 10.11.1 and DVDFab 9.2.18. It just will not start, hangs and I have to force quit. Log attached.
You need to sort this out!!!

You can try to log in your Mac as administrator, trash DVDFab and its related documents. Open Finder->Applications to find DVDFab.app and move it to Trash, then go to Finder->Documents, delete the whole "DVDFab" folder, reboot your Mac to delete some temporary files that may be left over.

Then reinstall DVDFab for Mac 9.2.1.8 to see the result.
