Cant open ISO file.

    Cant open ISO file.

    Dear DVDFab stuffs,

    I made a clone ISO from The Force Awakens BD(JPN). But it doesn't open.

    When I tries to open the ISO, asks me Region code. I set A.
    Then nothing. It doesn't open. I have to quit DVDFab9129 manually, every time.


    Anything wrong with my MacPro2012?



    When I made the ISO, it seemed perfectly success.

    I did the same thing three times, from making the ISO from BD.

    Any suggestions?

      can't open ISO filles, seriously.

      Hi, dear DVDFab stuff,

      Some ISO files can't open in DVDFab for Mac9237 to Mac9239 problem is pretty serious for me.
      Today, I made some new clone ISO in 9237(I downgraded from the latest), like, GAMEOFTHRONES_S5_DISC5(JPN), Bridge of spies(JPN), those ISOs couldn't
      open in Mac9237.

      And DVDFab for Win crashed every time I tried open them. I sent a lot of crash reports.

      But DVDFab for Win9239 can make perfect ISO from the same BDs, seemed.

      I was wondering that if it would be possible for you to check the problem and fix it, Please.

      I post internal.log for this.

      If you need more log, I'll upload.

        Please post your logs the default location is:
        For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
        For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
        Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
        If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

            It has been almost a month since I reported.

            Have you tested?
            I had to downgrade to 9231 for Mac.

            Clearly, there is something wrong with higher than 9234Beta.

            Hope you test,check and fix the problem really soon.

              Thank you very very much for newest version of DVDFab for Mac 9308Beta.


              I'm really afraid to say this but my problem still remains.
              Some of ISOs can't open, like The visit(JPN).
              Those ISOs were made by 9237,9239,9308B.
              The process was really normal. Seemed successfully ended. But not.

              ISOs made by 9231 can be opened normally.


              I'll wait for next update.
              So I keep using 9231.
              again, please check about it.

                Problem are solved!!

                Hi!!, Dear DVDFab staffs,

                DVDFab for Mac 9309 works very fine.

                I tested those ISOs couldn't open, now open normally.
                Really nice.
