BD - Sing Street can't be read into Bluray Copy cos new version of DVDFab is needed

My new title "Sing Street" is found not to be read into the software when being placing into BDROM. The message "To open this Bluray disc, please update DVDFab software" came out.

I am using the latest software 9.2.3.9 which was released in April. The bluray in concern is in region A.

By the way, the full menu bug in this Mac version 9.2.3.9 hasn't been fixed. I'm quite disappointed for this software.

The funny thing I found out is that the same BD can be decrypted converting into ISO using old version of DVDFab bluray copy (windows 9.2.4.4) running on XP. And the full menu option totally works!

This situation contrasts our Mac vesion of DVDFab bluray copy a lot. We pay the same amount but not being treated equally.

Can DVDFaB people explain why?
