Other DVDFab for Mac Will Not Save Activation Code

This afternoon I installed a macOS update for Sierra (version 10.12.4) and ever since then my DVDFab 9 and DVDFab 10.0.19 will not save my activation codes anymore. It keeps asking me to activate the app every time I launch it.

In addition, my MacBook keeps asking me if I want to allow DVDFab to connect to my network. I clicked "Allow" and added DVDFab to my Firewall, but it still asks me if I want to allow it to connect every time I launch it.

Lastly, when I installed DVDFab 10.0.19 today (after updating Sierra), it did not add the application to my MacBook Launchpad. It just placed a shortcut on my desktop. How do I add it to Launchpad?

Found similar problem on my Mac 10.9.5. I installed DVDFab10 today. DVDFab 10 shortcut appears on the desktop and the application resides in application folder. But it doesn't appear in Launch pad.

But activation code seems to be stored in new DVDFab 10 in my case.
