DVD Fab 10 will not copy Kong Skull Island blu ray

I tried to copy Kong Skull Island blu ray. I have the US version of the blu ray. DVDFab 10 reports that it copied the blu ray but the blu ray folder does not contain any items in the stream folder. I am attaching my log files.

Clean the disk and try again I had no problem with copying the 3d U.S. version.
