dvdfab does not know if success or fail

This happen often. I do a full disc copy, get an error. I re-do the copy and I can't tell if it was successful or not.

There was a dialog when it completed, that the action was successful. But the status window says error. But the log viewer says success.
EDIT: I've seen other people have this same problem uploading images. The forum is only taking fuzzy thumbnails.

Anyway, the Status from the queue manager is "Read Error", but hitting 'i' to get the Log Viewer is a list of the progress, ending with "completed successfully" and no mention of a read error.
