dvdfab does not generate diskid.xml when copying folder

When using a dvd folder as the source media (ie, dvd copied to hard drive via Finder), the diskid.xml WMC metadata file is not generated by dvdfab in the output folder.

When using a dvd folder as the source media (ie, dvd copied to hard drive via Finder), the diskid.xml WMC metadata file is not generated by dvdfab in the output folder.

Only when copying original DVD source will produce dvdid.xml, folder source will not create it.
