    App crashing when ripping Shazam UHD EU Disc !

    Hi !

    im using the latest release of DVDFAB (v11.0.3.9) but I'm getting the app to crash when my Shazam FR disc is scanned.

    I made the test with "The Dark Knight" UHD UK disc, and it is currently being ripped normally.

    is there a problem with Shazam FR disc or should I check something else (please tell me what) ?

    Hi LePousson, please zip the whole DVDFab log folder and post it here. Also, please supply a url of the Shazam FR disc you have problem with, thanks.

        Hi LePousson,

        Do you have Windows PC? If yes, please download the latest DVDFab 11 or Passkey to decrypt the movie disc and then play and see the result.

          No I don't have a pc with a UHD drive at the moment ... what may I do ?
