BD Ripper (3D Plus) video and audio output of sync

I am trying to rip Blu-ray disk to MPEG4 codec, but the ripped movie's audio and video is always out of sync. This happens to all the disks I tried. Nevertheless, the movie comes out OK when I use H264 codec. What am I doing wrong here? Could someone help me on which setting I need to fix to make MPEG4 codec work?

ver: 11.0.7.5
OS: macOS Catalina 10.15.3
