Only passthrough profiles available in DVDFab 11 or 12 on Big Sur

Hi.
The only available profiles on my Ma are the 3 passthrough profiles - if I select "General" instead of "Filter" in the "Choose other profile ..." selection window of the Ripper module, I get zero result.
I also get zero Dolby Vision profile, and cannot select "single stream" Dolby Vision.

I am running DVDFab 12.0.1.0, which is supposed to be Big Sur compatible.

What am I missing?
