Copy to .iso not reporting errors

I'm making a copy to .iso of Deadwood Season 1 disc 6 (bonus disc). Under Drives..Read Ask retry/ignore/abort when reading error is checked off. The copy completes with no issues, log posted below.

However, when attempting to rip to mp4 from either .iso or the original DVD 2 of the 4 titles fail. Same with using MakeMkv on the original DVD -- read errors on 2 of the 4 titles. When playing the DVD or .iso through DVD Player, there is a 1-2 second skip on one of the titles and maybe 30 seconds on the other, but the majority of the title will play.

    So 2 questions:

    1) How do I know if there is an issue with a .iso if the copy process doesn't report it?
    2) How can I get the ripper to ignore the minor errors and complete the bulk of the rip as it appears when watching it on a DVD Player?

    Thanks much

Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong? My conclusion is this product is garbage.

On yet another (4th/5th/6th this month?) DVDFab is creating an .iso with no errors. But the .iso can't rip half the tracks, and even trying to rip tracks from the original disc fails. Yet MakeMKV works fine and converts the entire disc. Again this is not isolated to one disc.

I'd ask for a refund at this point if possible, this is unusable.

In this case, use Copy - Clone mode could be a better option to make a copy for playback.

I tried copy - clone mode. I can't mount the image or open it. When I use copy, the main movie copies, but the rest of the tracks show as 0:00. Path player is enabled. There are no errors in either case, and the DVD plays fine by itself. What am I doing wrong here it's hard to use a product that gives no errors yet doesn't back up my DVDs as expected. I've wasted days backing up DVDs only to find out they weren't backed up or are unusable.
