Video Converter H265 Encoded Videos does not preview on OSX

    Hi everyone

A quick question. When I encode using DVDFab a video to MP4 (h264), the output video can be previewed by pressing the space bar on my Mac. But, when I encode with h265 (8,10, or 12 bit) it cannot be previewed. Is there a fault in the container that is output? Can I fix this is it a fault with DVDFab.

If I encode the same video using for example FFMPEG or FFWorks, the h265 output file previews fine.

    Thanks

What player did you use for previewing the output video?

As I am using the OSX Mac version I select the file and hit the Spacebar. With external players (VLC, QuickTime Player etc) they play fine so there is nothing wrong with the encoding, probably the file headers as OSX does not recognise the file as containing video.
