DVDFAB (12.0.3.8) is not working since months Pls Help.

I have had the following problem for a couple of weeks. My configuration Imac with High Sierra 10.13.6 ASUS BW-16D1HTFW 3.10 drive (extern, USB, ICY Box)
often have the problem that when I want to rip a UHD and DVDfab reads the UHD, the track is not read for me. Something doesn't seem to work all the time when the track information is retrieved. I have the problem with every UHD disc: It is always at the moment (at the end of analysis) when the Title 803 information is read, otherwise it takes several seconds and often in my case only milliseconds. I work with the Asus drive, otherwise I have no problems with it. I'll post the log file attached. Unfortunately for me DVDfab and the UHD Ripper is worthless.

Sorry, but I got confused, do you have a problem with a certain UHD disc or different UHD discs?

Hi,
I have this problem with every UHD disc. A few months ago it ran without any problems. But the version that was current at the time no longer works either.

But, the day before yesterday I wrote a ticket about this problem, and it has been working again since yesterday. Very strange. But my ticket has not yet been answered.

The error is as follows:
The UHD Ripper reads the UHD disk and establishes connections to the servers. Finally, the analysis of the track / title information 801 or 803 takes place. And that doesn't happen anymore. In the DVDFab the drive is no longer displayed and the track is also empty.

But, strangely enough, the problem seems to have been resolved at short notice since yesterday.

I'll get in touch if it happens again.
