Other (DVDFab12) Blu-ray Creator for Mac hanging at 50%

Hello,

I use Blu-ray Creator for Mac to convert BDRemux in MKV container to ISO format. I always set Video Quality to "Same as source". Recently I have found that Blu-ray Creator gets stuck at 50% during the processing phase for certain files.

Please let me know what information I should provide.
