Mac 12.1.0.3 - keeps crashing

I installed a brand new copy of Mac OS Ventura to my MacBook Pro (intel based) through Open Core Legacy Patcher. I installed DVDFab which runs perfectly fine until I insert any disk into the external drive and DVDFabs tries to load the disc. It immediately crashes, can re-do it 100x. Before I had Mac OS Catalina installed and never had any issues.

Any one else having this problem? Is it known?
