DVDFab for Mac - Blu-Ray Ripper - Video but No Audio

I'm running DVDFab for Mac (v13.0.1.1) All-In-One on my Macbook Air, M1, 2020, Sonoma 14.3.1, and attempting to rip the Blu-ray disc for a OneRepublic concert. I'm just doing this straightforward and ripping directly to my laptop:

    Disc (Blu-ray | H264 | 1080p | DTS-HD Master) to MP4 | H264 \ 1080p | DTS-HD Master.

The result is the video with no audio. I've tried to do this repeatedly with no success. It's only this one specific disc as I've been able to successfully rip other BR discs.

    Your assistance is enormously appreciated.

If you have another player, please use it to playback again.

Please download the free tool MediaInfo and use it to analyze the file, switch its View mode to Tree or Text so that you can see better whether there is audio info in the file or not.

I think it might be the audio option you have selected. I've had trouble with MP4s and DTS-HD. Try unchecking the EN DTS-HD Master/5.1 option and select a different English option and see if that works.
