first, try cleaning the disc and see if the disc will copy.
if not, click the 3 hamburger lines in the upper right hand corner of the dvdfab interface - click settings
choose AV Codec, check disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding, restart dvdfab
    and retry the disc again.

Thanks, that’s been done already and no change.

Is this Blu-ray an original disc or a copy?

Do you have this problem with other Blu-rays on the same Mac?

This is the original Blu Ray. From Amazon

No other Blu Rays have this issue. However I tried copying Southpaw last night and it said to clean the disc. Disc is brand new and has no scratches.

have successfully copied over 50+ Blu Rays and these 2 are the only Blu Ray (non UHD) discs that have an issue.

According to the log file, it doesn't contain any copy protection. Doesn't seem like an original disc.
You may try to use the Main Movie mode to load the disc to try it again and see the result.
