Command Line to 1:1 Clone disc to ISO

As the title suggests is there the ability to run DVDFab on Mac (or Windows at a push) to auto run the clone function (with options if possible) on a DVD, rather than having to manually do it via the GUI (which is good but I have a number of them so want to speed the process up? Failing that is there a way to have it auto run from within the GUI using a set of options?
