"License File is damaged" error on second Mac user account?

I just downloaded and installed DVDFab Media Player for Mac v1.0.0.3 yesterday. Since I have two user accounts (both of which are administrator accounts) on my Mac, I installed the software for all users. The software works great if I launch it from the user account from which I installed it, but if I launch the software from the other user account, I get a "License File is damaged" error. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software from the second user account, but still get the error (and the software still works fine on the first account). As I mentioned, both user accounts are administrator accounts.

Any ideas how to fix this?
