OK - I found this on another forum:
This is very easy to configure with both WMC/MediaBrowser and XBMC!
1 line to configure in MediaBrowser, and a few lines to add in a file for XBMC (very detailed procedure available in the Wiki).

So, now I just need to figure out what the "one line" is, and I should be good to go! Right? I shall test this - later.

OK, so I did this. It's very easy. Just go into Advanced configuration for Media Browser, and there is a tab to set it up. Let's just say that DVDFab doesn't play well with Media Browser. This needs some serious love and attention.
