      Sometime it starts out in slow motion other times it starts at 2x, I push play/pause when at 2x and it goes to slow motion, push play/pause when slow motion and it stops playing.

        Sound Issue?

        I frequently have this problem, and it has, without exception, been tied to the audio. When the audio gets routed to the wrong port by Windows, FabMP will either play in 2x speed or in 1/2 speed. I have no idea why.

        Check your audio settings. If you are using bitstream digital audio, and your settings changed somehow, this could be causing your issue. Of course, we are talking about computers here. It could be something completely different.

        Edit:
        This would seem to support what I just said:

          Hi,

          I use headphones as audio equipment, if audio setting is "analog", it will be play at normal speed; but if audio setting is "HDMI" , it will be 2X or 0.5X speed play. So, please make sure your audio equipment output type:

          1. If it is analog output(such as headphones), please go to the Settings>Audio page and then change "Audio output" to analog;
          2. if it is HDMI output,please go to the Settings>Audio page and then change "Audio output" to HDMI;
          3. if it is Optical output,please go to the Settings>Audio page and then change "Audio output" to Optical/Coax.
