NO Audio & Video to Fast

I am NOT getting any Audio.

And sometimes The Video plays at the Right Speed,
and sometimes it looks like it is on Fast Forward.

How do I Fix This ????????

I may have found my Audio Problem.

In the Audio Section there is a part where it says "Output Stereo To All Speakers".

It worked for the Main Movie, But NOT for the Extras.
