error unable to execute file

I have had a paid dvdfab media player for a while but yesterday when I tried to update to 1.0.3.3 the program ran ok but when it got done and ran the media player I got this red box pop up saying it was unable to execute file. I have uninstalled the dvdfab media player 2times and ran ccleaner to clean the registry but when I try to reinstsll the same error comes up

roadtrip, try uninstalling again and scrub the registry with ccleaner then download again and save to the hard drive. Right click on the installer and run as administrator.
