    WMC/Remote Support

I gave the DVDFab Media Player a try the other day and I have to say: I'm in love with the interface and wholeheartedly support the small executable size. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy when using my low-powered HTPC. However, it doesn't integrate with WMC quite as nicely as PowerDVD does (which is incredibly unfortunate because of how much I dislike PowerDVD and want to replace it with something actually superior instead of equivalent).

With that said, my requests are as follows:
    1. Hopefully enable the launching of Media Browser in a similar manner to how PowerDVD does
    2. In the event #1 is not possible, or as a part-time solution, make available an identical plugin for Media Browser as is available for Hulu Desktop: which would launch Media Browser in full screen and potentially even start playing the default DVD/Blu-ray drive
    3. Add support for a WMC compatible remote (if it helps, the IR sensor I use is: and the remote is a Logitech Harmony 300)

p.s. I was able to find some similar requests for these features here:

And some mention of WMC integration here: , but I have yet to figure out what that integration is. Hopefully it was appropriate to open this new thread instead of commenting on the others.

Thanks for the quick replies. It's always nice to know your feedback was heard. If you don't mind, could I clarify a couple points though?

        1. Fengtao, is IR remote compatibility also on your roadmap?
        2. Xubin, I'm hoping you mean you are improving it for 2.0? The link I provided mentioning WMC integration was for 1.0 but I actually installed 2.2.0.0.

Let me know if I can be of any other assistance in this. For now, PowerDVD and Passkey are working out for me so I'm in no rush, just hopeful
