will not play bluray

never tried a blu ray before on media player, this morning I threw long ranger at it, no go, got to the Disney castle time playing but movie will not start. tried/checked everything I could think of, but no show... any suggestions..

Hi,

Open up DVDFab Media Player settings. Select Blu-ray change to "Simple mode" and the "The Lone Ranger" movie will play.
