video out of sync with audio

when playing bluray iso file which is created by dvdfab, if I navigate through the progress bar or chapter quite often the video would be out of sync with audio, and the video playback doesn't seem to be smooth either. This wasn't an issue with previous version. In previous version, in such case, the video would be delayed for a second then immediately caught up with sync.

I had this problem as well with the latest update but fixed it.

With dvdfab media player open press the F5 key to go into settings and then select video and change that to software for all 3 selections and click OK to try again
