Eliminate Thumbnails and Use Standard Controls

I know this has been asked for (a long time ago and many, many times), but, please, get rid of the thumbnails on pause. Or at least make it something you can toggle.

Also, it would be real nice if the controls aligned with the windows standard scheme and worked like pretty much ever other media player. Meaning, you can actually use a remote to control to control things. Or, if your keyboard has play/pause/stop buttons, hose would work (again like ever other media player).
