Can't play Blu ray audio disc

just received the excellent Blu ray audio disc of XTC's Oranges and Lemons album. When I put it into my PC it plays the opening 10 seconds branding sequence but nothing else. can't seem to get it to play anything at all, although it seems to show chapter points in reverse order.

version 2.5.8.5 fir windows windows 10 64 bit

Any help appreciated.

There is apparently an issue with this disc on Sony blu ray players which is to be fixed in a firmware update, so perhaps there's something you can do?

I can confirm it works correctly in my Panasonic blu ray player.
