Bug-Taskbar stays on top in fullscreen mode

EDIT: I jumped the gun posting this as I had a hunch right after I posted:

The problem is with DPI scaling. If I check "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings." in Compatibility settings, it fixes the problem.

    Original problem description:

When I play a video fullscreen my taskbar stays in front of the video. I tried with and without autohide enabled on the taskbar (when autohide is on, the white strip on the top of the taskbar still shows). I'm not sure if there is anything else to try.

I am using Windows 7 x64 fully updated, Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3 motherboard (U1F UEFI), Intel Core i5 2500 CPU, 24GB of DDR3-1600 RAM, and an AMD Radeon 7970 3GB graphics card with v15.12 drivers (anything newer breaks video playback in web pages, that's why I haven't updated).

Otherwise, this update is fantastic! It fixed all problems I was having before, including hardware acceleration not working (my CPU usage dropped from 30-50% to 0-2%!).
