No hardware decoding: why?

Intel Quick Sync, DXVA... every media player allows video decoding to be hardware accelerated.

And there is no Intel Quick Sync option, if you have a Intel GPU.

MPC-HC, for example, has everything. And does not crash. And plays everything smoothly.
