DVDFAB Player 5 - First impressions

I have just upgraded my 3D projector to a 4K HDR one, and it's amazing. The problem now is finding the best software for my PC.
    The PC specs are
    Intel Coffee Lake 4Ghz
Gigabyte 980Ti Xtreme (HDMI linked to an Atmos Onkyo Amp using HDMI 2.2)
    32Gb Dominator Ram
    500Gig 960 Evo NvRam
and some other top notch kit
I have been trying various players and came across the DVDFab one only to be quite disappointed.
I will say that the picture quality is excellent, the HDR kicks in and it looks fab That is the only reason I am here, if it not been so good I have uninstalled it and moved on.

The sound is a major let down, no passthrough for True HD soundtracks from MKV files, I can't get passthrough for any DTS tracks despite it being turned on. Obviously, having Atmos surround sound means I want my player to allow that, otherwise it is pointless.

On the PC, because I am in a 4k resolution, the buttons for menus etc are tiny and do not scale like all my other Windows programs, this needs fixing with some urgency. I cannot be the only one to find this an issue?

It would be nice if we could click the mouse anywhere on the screen to pause the playback, and possibly press F5 etc for a screenshot, like so many FREE players do (MPC for example) This is even more important because of how tiny the buttons are on a 4k screen, it is very difficult to see which is which.

I hope the devs take the time to read this and get back me as that would be the deciding factor as to whether or not I buy this program.
    Thanks
