1. Do you mean that when you played back other Blu-ray movies you don't have the same black screen problem?
Please provide a purchase URL where can get the same "Rampage UK 3D Bluray" disc.


2. Did you use simple mode or menu mode for playback?

3. Please use the Analyze Hardware feature in Player 5> Settings>Video and post the analyze result here.
