blu ray menu not working

i have a blu ray were i cannot select or press anything in the blu ray menu.

with vlc its working.

Hi, can you choose the Menu by the UP and DOWN and RIGHT and LEFT button on the keyboard rather than the mouse? Please have a try.

We need the logs for DVDFab Player 5. Please zip the whole log folder and send us the zip file, thanks. The default location for the log is: C:\Users\username\Documents\DVDFab Player 5

hello

i tried with keyboard but it doesn't do anything.
when the blu ray menu is loaded you can see small fields right beside the names for 1 second then they disappear.
with vlc these small fields stay visible and can be clicked on.

the problem happens only with this blu ray.
