Hellboy 2019 Problem

After successfully copy from DVDFab 11.04.4 now playback on v5.0.3.0... picture freeze for second or so @ 4:36 and again @ 5:02 but @ 6:00 video stops and goes to screen showing Your Disc Drives on your system and v5.0.3.0 has to be forced closed. This happens to full iso, mini iso files and burned disc. The burned disc will play with no problems on dedicated BD player

Hello JohnnyJT,

Please zip and post the log folder here to help check the problem, the default location for log is C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log
Also, please go to Player 5 PC mode>Settings>Video section, and use the "Analyze Hardware" button to do the analyze and screen shot the result and send it to us. Thanks.

I have been having the same exact issue. I have noticed that if you fast forward past the point where the video stops completely you can watch the rest of the movie. I have tried BDFix as well and it didn't help either.

Thanks Mona. I just tried BDFix with the full movie and it still has the same error. It is only on this part of the movie as described by Johnny. If you move past that part in the player the movie plays fine after that. At least for me. Thanks

I can confirm that the new update for Media Player 5.0.3.1 still has not fixed the issue for me, although I cannot speak for Johnny and if he has had any positive results. However, after some more testing, the exact same Blu Ray files and folders for this movie will play all the way through on my DVDFab Movie Server with no issues.

but no problem on dvdfab player 5.003
