When i want check for new Updates it starts for search and the come message box "Check for update failed, please try again or go to the DVDFab website for the latest version" to select Retry or chancel.

Please try a complete uninstall, you can use the ccleaner to help clean the registry and then download a fresh one from https://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm, run it as an administrator to try again. Thank you.

Hello Mona,

Thank you for your Workaround. I try it how you write and when installation is finish, and i push start now for first start after installation Live-Update works.
When i close DVDFab Player 6 and start again and check Live-Update i have the same error as in screenshot bevore.

Hi Michael, thank you for the info, we are able to reproduce the problem on one of our computers. What is your operating system and version? Windows 7 or Windows 10?

It will be fixed in next version, but you need to download and install the new version from dvdfab.cn manually.
