Can't Download DVDFab Player for MacBook Pro

I have been trying to download the newest version of the DVDfab player (version 5.0.3.1) on my 2019 Macbook Pro 16" laptop (running the latest MacOS Catalina 10.15.3 & it will not install. I get an error message "This package is incompatible with this version of MacOS.

Can you update the installation package so I can try out the player to play 4k .iso files on my Macbook Pro. If the player works the way it is advertised I will be buying the player & the DVDfab software for my computer.

Anyone else try to download the media player on a Macbook Pro? Still can't download it. Same error message.

Hello, Mac DVDFab Player 5 doesn't support to run on macOS 10.15. We will release Mac DVDFab Player 6 soon which will be able to run on the latest macOS, please kindly wait for update, thank you.
