DVDFab Player doesn't capture a picture in the MP4 format

Hello,

It seems that DVDFab Player doesn't capture a picture for SOME files in MP4 format. I tried with a MKV file, DVD, bluray, it works perfectly for every file butnot for all the MP4 files, I don't know the reason.

Do you think this problem will be resolved in the future ?

Otherwise, it is a very good player !

The problem is only with the MP4 files from Instagram. Player allows to play those files but it doesn't capture the picture when required.

The problem was mentioned more than a month ago, I don't know if your team tested the last version but it still doesn't work. I am now back to an older version of this program

Sorry about it, we can reproduce the issue, the developer will fix it in next version.
