I have on Notebook the Problem, when i start the Player it crash always at first time. Then close and start and it works. Also when i play .avi files player crash. Now i have install Windows new on my notebook and now crash every start. Player is selectet in settings to start with Windows and there also crash. When i close after crash and start works.
Please completely uninstall Player, remove all the related files left in the Documents, reboot the computer, and then download a fresh Player, run it as administrator to see the result.
I have the same problem, every (second) time I try to play a UHD ISO image, the player crashes.
