cannot get out of full screen mode

Hello,
the player starts in full screen. no menus appear I cannot press any functions if I right mouse click a menu appears on the left side but is useless how can I get this program out of full screen I have tried pressing every key on the board to no avail. let me know

When the player starts all I get is a black screen. right mouse clicking brings up a menu from the left side and that all no function buttons

Reinstalled the program now everything works. Do you Have a 64 bit version of the player?

There is only one Player 6, which can run on both 32-bit version and 64-bit version of Windows PC.
