DVDFab Player 6.2.1.0 and 6.2.1.0 System Error

When I installed version 6.2.1.0, it wouldn't load at all, even after uninstalling and reinstalling due to a system error. With version 6.2.1.1 released, I installed it, and I still get the system error, although it will start working. I've had no problems with this program until the new x64 version came out. Any advice would be appreciated to resolve this error. Thanks!

Sorry that you are having trouble using our software. Please go to where you install Player 6 to check if the mentioned file is there or not.

Hi Mona, I looked in the Windows folders and searched the whole OS and this file name is not anywhere. The 32 bit version has never had a problem like this. Why would this new 64 bit version have this problem and why didn't the file from the original install files I downloaded from you not include it? Thanks for your help!
