Problem opening Avatar in PowerDVD 9

I am having trouble playing Avatar blu ray in Powerdvd 9. I get a box that comes up and says, "There is a disc with unsupported format in drive". All of my other blu rays that I have tried so far has worked, but not this one. I downloaded a free trial version of TotalMedia Theatre 5, and it works fine there. After I discovered that it worked there, I decided to try something else. I downloaded a trial of the newest version of AnyDVD HD, and Avatar worked like a charm in Powerdvd 9.

There appears to be a bug somewhere in your software.

make sure "Remove PowerDVD virtual drive detected error message" is checked in settings->Blu-ray, as shown in attachment.

I have already tried that, I get the same error box on the screen.

Which PowerDVD 9 build's version do you use? I have tested Avatar (Mandarin Chinese Edition) with PowerDVD 9.0.2528.51 flawless in Windows 7 64-bit.
