Passkey will not work with Ashampoo Burn Studio 9

I use Burn Studio Nine and when I try to copy disc, it cause my computer to restart. Any ideas on how to get this to work?

Are you using the Advanced I/O Mode for passkey found in setting-General-I/O Mode

Try to check if there is a minidump available (c:\windows\minidump) and if so, please post it.

I didn't crash

Thanks Xubin, I updated and now it doesn't crash, I won't know completely until I pick up some more DVD's my wife burned the last few we had for family videos! Such is my luck! lol
