Movie "The A-team" not working

just tried using dvdfab and using dvdpasskey(updated) and the a-team movie will not work also had this issue with The Last Airbender

on dvdshrink it gets to 100% and then freezes on
decryption status: E8:E5:97:A4:58
I Dont know if that will help or not

image burn error with sector

when i first opened up imgburn i got a warning that i never have before regarding a copyright on the disc
here is the sector error img i got incase this helps.
has anyone else tried "The A-team" or "The last airbender" and gotten these errors either?

Are you ripping to a hard drive first and burning from the hard drive?

doing same thing i always have done which is put the dvd in and the blank dvd in other drive
have it on full disc

no clue about ripping to a hard drive first as if you read above that is all i have ever done with this program

bump just put in "cats & dogs" the revenge of kitty galore" and it is working perfectly for that dvd however for the a-team dvd it is not

Your internal log now states that you are registered. Not sure about the error but, you burn logs says that you are ripping an ISO file to your HDD

as far as it tossing the iso file to the hdd i have no clue as i just do what i had stated before and it always works but here is the cat's and dog's logs


also think i should update something i am using the paid version of dvdfab and using the beta for passkey

This is not a complete burn log it will look similar to the size of your earlier one. Have you also tried to burn to a folder on your Hdd with your other drive to see if it will open the disc???
When using Fab disable passkey and try again there is also a newer version you could also try that http://forum.dvdfab.com/showthread.php?t=10297
